Her Positive Attitude is Contagious

Susie Navas was literally swarmed by the staff in the FMS/Oncology Suite 160 area as the PEACH Committee surprised her with the May award. Her co-workers say Suzie makes sure all patients and employees are being assisted; always going the extra mile to be sure their needs are met. Her positive attitude is said to be warm and contagious, as "she presents an example of professionalism that raises the bar for all of us."

One staff member says "Suzie always finds a way to lighten the work load or improve the work environment." She is on the front line as a Patient Service Representative, and her fellow employees say she handles even the most difficult patient concerns with kindness and professionalism. Another employee says "Suzie's efficiency is legendary - she can do the work of two people and keep her cool." She also has taken on the role of "social secretary", organizing parties and events and remembering everyone's birthday. You are a true PEACH, Suzie!
